The <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/creativebureaucracy.org\/program\/festival-2020\/bureaucracy-in-arts-and-culture\/\" target=\"_blank\">first one<\/a> discusses why there are so few works of art on the theme of bureaucracy and bureaucrats, while showing some of the most well-known examples. The <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/creativebureaucracy.org\/program\/festival-2020\/5-movies-and-their-unique-perspective-on-bureaucracy\/\" target=\"_blank\">second one<\/a> presents five of my favourite movies about bureaucracy.
